msgofhope's Podcast
Another great podcast hosted by LibSyn.com
If Jesus is the most respected historical figure of all time, admired even by those who do not follow His teaching, why did His contemporaries feel the need to urgently plot His execution.  Could it be that Jesus wasn't as meek and mild as we sometimes think?  Could it be that He was a radical who sought to upend the religious establishment.  Could it be that He was a threat to their, and often our, way of life, comfort and ease.  In this series of messages, we'll look at what Jesus said and did that "ticked off" the religious leaders of the day, and how obeying Him might radically change us as well.

It's time to get back to God's standards for how we manage our finances and our lives, just as it was back in the days of Malachi the prophet.  See what God says about it in Malachi 3:8-12.

Are you just drifting through life?  If so, you are headed for danger. In the first part of this two part message, Pastor Dave Wiener looks at the signs that we might be drifting, and what causes us to drift away from God's best for our lives.

The topic is hell.  It's not an easy topic to talk about, not easy to think about, but one on which Jesus taught more than He did on heaven.  Pastor Dave discusses hell, and the implications that this truth has on us.

Is the coming of Jesus to earth good news for you, or is it bad news.  If it is bad news, it still can become good news.  Confused?  Listen to this Christmas podcast.

When you think you've got nothing left to give, think again.  The story of Simeon and Anna can demonstrate that our "prime" may have nothing to do with age or ability.  Perhaps it has more to do with our willingness to be used by God.
